It is a service whereby Telecom Namibia customers whose accounts are overdue will be notified via the Value Added Services platform to settle their accounts or be suspended.
Basically all customers that have not settled their accounts by the due date and have indicated to be notified will be notified. And upon ignorance normal suspension will follow. After a customer has been suspended, normal procedure for re-connection should follow.
- Residential & business customers will be reminded that their telephone accounts are outstanding.
- They are also advised where to direct their account inquiries.
- Customers get a reminder service free of charge
