What will happen when the Information Mailbox becomes locked?

If an invalid PIN number is entered more than 3 times, the Information Mailbox will automatically become locked for the Information Provider. However, End users will still be able to retrieve information even though the Information Mailbox is locked for the Information Provider.
After 3-5 minutes, the Information Mailbox will automatically unlock for the Information Provider.
In the event where an Information Provider forgets the Pin number, the respective Information provider should inform their Account Manager, Sales Representative or Customer Care Centre in writing to reset the PIN number.
