Information providers will be billed for the following:

- Note that current Detailed Billing charges will apply for reports that may be required by Information Providers.
- For each application, the Information Provider will be allocated a standard Information Mailbox capacity of 180 voice seconds and 10 fax pages.
- However if an Information Provider wants to increase the number of pages, an application can be made to expand this capacity.
- This capacity can only be increased by a maximum of 20 additional pages per request.
- The increased number of pages will be charged per 5 pages for N$54.89 once off (VAT excl).
