On application, Telecom Namibia will create an electronic Information Mailbox on the VAS Platform for the Information Provider. The Information Provider will then record voices and store the appropriate documents in the Information MailBox, which can be accessed by end users.

End Users wanting access to the Information Provider’s service, dials the appropriate SmartFax Information Mailbox number and follow instructions. The document will then be sent to the End User’s designated fax machine.
