The BBW (e.g. 2Meg through the air) will be used for normal operation and the ISDN (Basic Rate through the copper or MGW network) will be used as a dialup backup when the BBW service is faulty. This will ensure 100% uptime for the customer as a cheaper solution than a BBW service with a Digicon line as backup.

Yes, Telecom Namibia can do it. The additional costs will be added for an ISDN BRA line to any of the BBW service costs.
