  • “It is a service whereby Telecom Namibia ’s corporate or business customers can use to remind their customers whose accounts are overdue via the TELECOM NAMIBIA NAP (Network application platform) to settle their accounts.”
  • Basically all customers that have not settled their accounts by the due date will be notified. Telecom Namibia will on behalf of its corporate or business customers broadcast messages on the specified customers’ home telephones or cellphone numbers to remind them about their overdue accounts.
