Does the service expire?

E-mail Print PDF

After the 40/60/90 validity period, there is a 7-day grace period for all denominations where incoming calls can be received and outgoing calls to free numbers only are made. Even if credit is available, no calls can be made.

If the CallMaker account is not recharged on or before the end of the grace period, the service will be suspended. During the suspension period, no outgoing calls will be made nor receive incoming calls.

If the service is suspended, a new starter pack must be purchased. If the service is not reconnected within 3 months, the line will be permanently discontinued and the customer must re-apply for the service.

Accumulation (adding) of costs when recharging takes place. E .g. Recharging with three $100 recharge vouchers on the same day will give 84 days airtime.

The 7-day grace period does not accumulate. E .g. Recharging with three $100 recharge vouchers on the same day will give only 7 days grace period.

Available credit/balance after the grace period will be forfeited.
