What supplementary services does ISDN offer?

  • Call forwarding on busy
  • Do-Not-Disturb
  • Abbreviated dialing

  • Multiple subscriber numbering (MSN): This provides the possibility of assigning multiple numbers to a single BRA. Indoor wiring for MSN will be a supplementary service that will be charged as the PABX indoor cabling. The customer will pay for more than 3 MSN numbers.
  • Caller ID : if you have an ISDN telephone, you can see the number of the calling party.
  • Terminal Portability: This service allows a user to move a terminal from one socket to another within one given ISDN BRA while a call is active.
  • Advice of charge: An ISDN telephone can indicate the amount of money spent on a call.

The above-mentioned supplementary services will be applied for on the Teleplus Application form or ISDN Application form.
