Telecom Namibia will automate the Magneto customers to the DialAw@yservice at the following rates:

- Magneto customers will be charged a monthly rental of N$ 180.74 for as long as they have the Dial Aw@y VSAT service.
- Activation of the IP Port will not be a requirement for Magneto customers, however they may activate it for Internet connection if required.
- All such customers in this category to provide own reliable and stable power as per Telecom Namibia specifications.
- Add one phone outside of house with ONLY 1003 access opened for FlexiCall services to all people on site and cards to be sold locally. Normal VSAT rates will apply for calls.
- Customer to enter into a minimum 3-year contract agreement with Telecom Namibia on application of the service.
- It should be made clear in the contract that the ownership of the equipment will always remain with Telecom Namibia and never with the customer, because TN will maintain the system, link to Telecom Namibia hub and repair faulty units.
Customers falling outside the rural (outside MRA) automation roll-out plan but who wish to acquire the Dial@way system can still do so through the criteria set out below;

Conditions for new customers who wishes to acquire the DialAw@y service:
- Customer should guarantee minimum revenue of not less than N$ 3,000.00 per month.
- It is compulsory for the IP port to be activated for Always-on Internet.
- Customer to sign a contract with Telecom Namibia on application of the service.
- All such customers in this category to provide own reliable and stable power.
- Add one phone outside of house with ONLY 1003 access opened for FlexiCall services to all people on site and cards to be sold locally. Normal VSAT rates to apply for calls. Serves like a public phone but uses cheap standard phone. Phone line cannot be misused as port is controlled. (TN can use this bullet in addition to the N$ 3000.00 revenue assurance decision, i.e. border cases/sites with social services can now be approved.)
Customers that want to purchase the Dial Aw@y VSAT equipment cash will be charged the following prices:

Maintenance charges
Customers will be given two options.
Option 1 : Monthly charge
- Monthly fee = N$ 74.36 (VAT exclusive)
- This option include spares and repairs, i.e. customers will not be required to pay for spares but Telecom will replace faulty parts.
Option 2: On demand call-out
- Call-out fee (Within MRA) = N$ 232.79
- Call-out fee (Outside MRA) = N$ 393.47
This option does not include spares, i.e. a customer will pay the call-out fee plus additional amount for the cost of spares.
