Do you need to apply for this service?
- Yes. You may apply for the service only at any Teleshop or TeleService centre.
- Customers who want to apply for this service must first clear it with their banks to ensure that their bank accounts offers these facilities.
- Only the legitimate owner of the telephone line is allowed to apply for Direct Debit.
- Proof of ownership of bank account will be required to process the application for Direct Debit. A cancelled blank cheque is attached to the Direct Debit application.
