ALC is not available to:

• CallMaker customers
• Pensioners- These customers already have a reduced installation fee
• Total Solutions, Full House and Multi service segments
• Conversion from Analogue to ISDN. (Not a completely new line/application)
• Dial Aw@y VSAT customer – these customers are renting VSAT equipment from Telecom Namibia and are paying a minimum usage amount per month. These customers also pay a much higher rental.
• Far Aw@y VSAT customer – these customers are renting VSAT equipment from Telecom Namibia and are paying a minimum usage amount per month. These customers also pay a much higher rental.
• Magnolia-this access network only uses Magnolia telephones.
• Customers listed on ITC.
