Residential customers are exempted from VAT.

NB: The customer will be charged in blocks of 10 numbers up to maximum of 30 numbers.

In an instance where a customer has only provided 3 numbers for example, customer will be charged for 10 numbers as the service is charged in blocks of 10 numbers.
