  • This service is provided for Free, as is and comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY.
  • Registration can take place any time, but if done after the 20th of the month it will only be forwarded in the month thereafter.
  • In order to opt out of the service, the "Application Form for Cancellation of E-Statement" must be submitted to Telecom Namibia.
  • It is important to note that opting for the electronic service will automatically cancel the receipt of hard copy statements.
